got a msg back from realtor – quote: “technically it’s not under contract any more”

sounds like somebody can’t get their financing together, from my experience.

What’s the process in us inquiring about the property? is it a top option right now?

I left my email address with the realtor to update on whether his buyer (real or not) is able to get financing together – heard nothing back yet…I’ll give him a call – I think the ‘buyer’ may be a phantom – which is good for us!

Question: is the asking price within the realms of possibility for our budget? of course, they ARE a motivated seller and have had a few deals drop (+ the market is very soft)

I think this property is a great opportunity. The location isn’t ideal for Hapeville, but it would be for a large portion of East Point and College Park

I can not attend the scheduled meetings as I work every Thursday evening, but please know that our family is trying to keep abreast of the progress and that we support this tremendously. I don’t know if this has been discussed, but we would support having vegetarian and vegan options for school lunch as well…
